President & Owner

Brandon Bunchkowski began his career at Terra-Firma Landscape at the age of 18, learning the business from the ground up before launching his own company just a few years later. In 2015, he returned to his roots by purchasing Terra-Firma, bringing the journey full circle. Driven by a passion for building landscapes that are as thoughtfully designed as they are beautifully executed, Brandon leads the company with a focus on culture, craftsmanship, and long-term vision. His leadership ensures Terra-Firma delivers a consistently elevated experience for every client while setting a standard of excellence that defines the brand.

Vice President & Co-Owner

With nearly two decades in the professional landscape industry, Brett Bunchkowski serves as Vice President and Co-Owner of Terra-Firma Landscape. His background spans horticulture, landscape construction, maintenance, and snow management, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how great landscapes perform over time. Brett leads Terra-Firma’s design-build operations with a focus on quality, functionality, and lasting beauty—ensuring every project is built to age gracefully and exceed expectations.

Finance Controller

As one of the founding members of Terra-Firma Landscape, Heather Schuster brings more than 30 years of landscape industry experience to her role as Finance Controller. Since selling the company in 2015, she has continued to provide steady financial leadership and operational structure across all departments. A graduate of St. Norbert College, Heather previously served as President of the Wisconsin Landscape Association and was honored with its Lifetime Achievement Award. Her guidance helps ensure Terra-Firma operates with the same precision, integrity, and care behind the scenes as it does in the field.

Maintenance Production Manager

Cory Pallen joined Terra-Firma Landscape straight out of high school and has grown with the company for nearly two decades. Having worked his way through every level of the organization, Cory brings unmatched hands-on experience and operational insight to his role. A Wisconsin 3.0 Certified Pesticide Applicator and WLCA Certified Landscape Technician, he leads Terra-Firma’s maintenance and snow operations with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and long-term landscape health.

Maintenance Account Manager

Will Burrier joined Terra-Firma Landscape with a unique blend of business, anthropology, and horticulture education. He studied at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and completed plant identification coursework through Milwaukee Area Technical College. With experience in ecological restoration and property management, Will brings a thoughtful, organized, and proactive approach to client relationships, ensuring each property receives attentive, forward-thinking care.

Landscape Design

Laura Spencer joined Terra-Firma Landscape in 2023 and brings nearly 20 years of experience in landscape design and sales. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Laura guides clients through a collaborative design process that balances beauty, function, and environmental stewardship. Her philosophy of “bringing nature home” shapes landscapes that feel both intentional and alive—restoring natural spaces while creating elegant, livable outdoor environments.

Office Manager

Tori Schmidt joined Terra-Firma Landscape in 2024 and serves as a central point of organization and communication within the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Excelsior University and supports daily operations, client coordination, and internal workflows. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for learning the landscape industry, Tori helps ensure Terra-Firma delivers a seamless, professional experience from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Fleet Manager

Scott Urban brings over 30 years of mechanical expertise in the landscape industry to Terra-Firma Landscape and has been with the company for more than a decade. With multiple technical certifications, Scott oversees the maintenance, safety, and performance of all company equipment. His meticulous approach ensures Terra-Firma’s crews are always supported by reliable, well-maintained machinery—keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently.
